Showit has incredible customer service and their support desk can access the back-end of your website to help you solve problems directly. 

Our customization course will help you navigate all the basics tech-wise, but due to confidentiality, our team can’t access the back-end of your specific site to make such changes. 

What happens if I run into a problem with my website as I’m editing?

YES! You’ll receive access right away. You will be prompted to click a check box to legally agree to our terms and conditions that say you’ll pay us according to the payment plan.

If I purchase with a payment plan, will I still get instant access?

Due to the digital nature of the product, we can’t offer refunds (there’s no way for us to revoke access to the template once it’s been given.) Of course we want you to be stoked on your new template, so if anything comes up email us. We have your back.
